Notes

• The JD 111 image has been subtracted from each of the subsequent images so that only the changes since JD 111 are shown.
• Field of view approx. 1.5 arcminutes. R Mon is at the bottom (south).
• The time delay between the frames is proportional to the number of days between the exposures.
• Star images do not subtract exactly due to the star's variability and differences in seeing, focus and tracking each night. The nebula is not affected in the same way because it is a diffuse light source, not a point source.
