• Played at Foothills Composite High School (Okotoks, AB).
• Scholarship player as a Quarterback - Bemidji State University (Minnesota), then transferred to University of Manitoba and played four years as a QB/ moved to receiver his last season

Jeff is from Okotoks, Alberta where his family still owns a farm; Jeff is married to wife Michelle and has a daughter Jayda.
