Jeff was a standout for the Tri-City Bulldogs of the BCFC where he was a two time BCFC All Star, BCFC Linebacker of the Year, BCFC Defensive point leader and CJFL All Canadian. In 2002 he ended his Junior football career on an empahtic note being named the runner up to the CJFL Defensive player of the Year.
