I am very interested in the professional and personal growth of learners – to be a part of their transformation into Nurses and unique individuals who will truly make a positive impact in our society.
With more than ten years of direct patient care experience, Marck works with students and colleagues in the U of M College of Nursing in various roles. He primarily teaches in the Nursing Skills Laboratory and in the clinical setting as a Clinical Education Facilitator. In addition, he advises senior practicum students in their final clinical rotation. Marck has previously held roles as Course Leader and Site Program Leader. Most importantly, he lent his clinical expertise and collaborated with the Executive Director of Clinical Education, Carol Enns in the development of two concept-based clinical courses and the accompanying Year 2, CEF Clinical Teaching Handbook, How-to Guide in Teaching Concept-Based Learning Activities.
