Registration Forms for Fall 2007:
Please use these links to download PDF copies of the following forms and schedules. If you are using a Windows computer, you will need Adobe's free Acrobat Reader to view these files. If you do not have this software, click here to be taken to the Adobe website (will open in a new window). On a Macintosh computer, these files will open automatically.
We are pleased to accept registration forms for the 2007-2008 season. Completed forms can be returned to the office by mail, fax or scanned and emailed. The registration fee and payment by Visa, Mastercard or Post-Dated Cheques must be included. The Release, Waiver and Indemnity section of the form must be signed in order to be accepted.
Individual instructor rates and a payment schedule can be obtained by contacting the office at 474-9797.
This is applicable to students who have been placed with an instructor.
New students requiring placement with an instructor can contact Mary Hawn at 474-9403 or email hawn@cc.umanitoba.ca.

Congratulations to Shannon Kristjanson, winner of the Berchmans Loh Scholarship. Shannon is a flautist entering the Faculty of Music as a full time student in September.
