Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks

The Department of Respiratory Therapy requires all applicants who are offered admission into the program to submit a satisfactory formal criminal record check and child abuse registry check prior to August 15 of the year of application. These records must have been issued within the ninety (90) days previous to that date in order to remain valid throughout the first year of the program. Annual renewal of these documents is required.
