Instructions for Volunteers
Volunteers in Canada please note we have simplified cataloguing instructions for the books for April, 2010. For each book:
1) Put the books in boxes by shelf order (by catalog number on the spine)
2) Write into an Excel spreadsheet:
- Name of your Books With Wings chapter
- Box Number
- LC or NLM Number
- ISBN (generally found on the back of the title page)
If the book does not have an ISBN number, then write down its authors, title, year published, publisher, and city of publication.
3) Send the files by email to Atifa Rawan at rawana@u.library.arizona.edu and Richard Gordon at gordonr@cc.umanitoba.ca as they are completed.
