The following electives are available to medical students at this hospital. The objective in each case is to give the student an exposure to the specialty or sub-specialty as it is practiced on a day-to-day basis in a non-academic, non-teaching hospital environment. The emphasis is on the clinical and on the practical. With the exception of the ICU rotation, all are available at any time, subject only to the availability of the preceptor named. Call requirements vary with the specialty and are made through discussions with the student and preceptor.

The hospital provides a room for the medical student in the hospital Nurses' Residence. Students must pay for their own meals. Interested students should contact the listed preceptor directly; the address in all cases is that of the hospital. Final arrangements are made through this office.
