Darlene is responsible for PGME Core Curriculum session scheduling, distribution of VISA resident applications, immigration documentation required for incoming/accepted VISA residents, VISA resident sponsor evaluations, contact for all VISA resident matters, Section 10/PGME documentation, annual U of MB registration for new/renewing PGME residents/fellows, registration for mandatory courses (i.e. Biostats I/II, Epidemiology).

Is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the Basic Clinical Training year rotation schedule, distribution and collection of BCT ITERs, PGY-1 rotation confirmations, CaRMS contact for programs, completion of training certificates, CAPER database updates, and external resident elective requests.
