CORE teamResponsible for decision-making regarding items of scope, budget, schedules, resources, and quality.
Comprised of:
- Dr. Bruce Martin, Associate Dean for UGME, co-chair for the Steering Committee for the CMS project
- Dr. Sat Sharma, Medical Director CMS, co-chair for the Steering Committee for the CMS project
- Keith McConnell, Director of Operations
- Aarti Paul, IS Manager and primary liaison for Online Business Systems team members
- Dean Yergens, Manager, Medical Informatics
Steering Committee:
Responsible for providing leadership and direction for the CMS project and oversee the entire project.
- Staff - Faculty of Medicine administrative staff such as course co-ordinators and evaluations co-ordinators, who will be end-users of the application.
- Faculty /Educators - Faculty members and educators associated with the Faculty of Medicine who will be end-users of the application.
- Students - Faculty of Medicine students who will be end-users of the application.
- Director, IST - Responsible for hosting the application and providing technical direction
- Work Groups: There are four work-groups that have been defined to provide input and expertise to the project. These groups are comprised of educators, course directors, students, academic reps, admin staff, faculty, technical reps, and a number of other area representatives.The workgroups are:
- Workflow & Content Workgroup
- Accreditation & Evaluations Workgroup
- User Interface & Functional Specifications Workgroup
