A very warm thank you to all presenters and delegates for helping to make Warming of the North 2015 an enormously successful conference. It was likely just the first of what we hope will be many formal gatherings to assess the current state of affairs in Arctic transportation, the linkages between supply chains and economic development and climate change. The conference was a resounding success, thanks in large part to the expert organising team (Paul, Kathy, Al, Ed, Ron and Adolf) as well as an excellent cadre of speakers. It is clear that the Arctic, and not just Canada's Arctic, is highly complex in terms of economic development and diversification, environmental sensitivity and accessibility. UMTI, in conjunction with the Department of Supply Chain Management, looks forward to further developing research interests and additional opportunities for dialogue.
Once again, thanks to all who participated in making Warming of the North 2015 such a resounding success.
