Joint Programs With Manitoba Colleges
The Asper School of Business has established Joint Programs with four Manitoba Colleges: Assiniboine Community College, Ecole technique et professionnelle, University College of the North, and Red River College. Graduates of the Business Administration Diploma (University Stream) from these colleges who have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 are eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Program. Successful applicants receive block transfer credit for their course work at the college and are required to complete additional specified course work at the University of Manitoba in order to receive the B. Comm. (Hons.) Degree.
Asper School of Business/Assiniboine Community College Joint Program
Graduates of the Business Administration Diploma (University Stream) at Assiniboine Community College (ACC) who are accepted into the Asper School of Business/Assiniboine Community College Joint Program receive 54 credit hours of block transfer credit for their courses completed at ACC and are required to complete the following number of credit hours at the University of Manitoba in order to receive the B. Comm. (Hons.) Degree: a) students admitted in September 2011 and thereafter are required to complete 66 credit hours; b) students admitted prior to September 2011 are required to complete 72 credit hours. Admission is limited to an annual quota and is competitive.

Comm. (Hons.) Degree: a) students admitted in September 2011 and thereafter are required to complete 66 credit hours; b) students admitted prior to September 2011 are required to complete 72 credit hours. Admission is limited to an annual quota and is competitive.

Graduates of the Business Administration Diploma (University Stream) at University College of the North (UCN) who are accepted into the Asper School of Business/University College of the North Joint Program receive 39 credit hours of block transfer credit for their courses completed at UCN and are required to complete the following number of credit hours at the University of Manitoba in order to receive the B. Comm. (Hons.) Degree: a) students admitted in September 2011 and thereafter are required to complete 81 credit hours; b) students admitted prior to September 2011 are required to complete 87 credit hours. Admission is limited to an annual quota and is competitive.
