To apply for the outgoing exchange program, you have to complete all the following steps:

Step 1

Read the Application Information and Regulations clearly and download the following:

2012-2013 Application Information Sheet

Also don't forget to check out the Academic Requirements section.

Step 2

There are 7 items that you need to hand in with your application:

1. Fill out the current Application Form
2. Submit 3 copies of the Student Recommendation Form
   • Two recommendations need to come from professors (past or present that you have or will be receiving a final grade for coursework)
   • One recommendation form can be a personal reference
3. Complete your Statement of Purpose (see the Information Sheet for further details on this document)
4. Submit a current copy of your resume
5. Submit your Participation Fee for $150 (cheque or money order made out to the University of Manitoba)
