Fees and Financial Assistance
Tuition Fees:
Tuition fees are set annually by the University of Manitoba. Refer to the Fee Schedule for current information on tuition and other compulsory fees.
Financial Assistance:
The University of Manitoba's Financial Aid and Awards Office provides information about scholarships, bursaries, prizes, student loans, and the food bank for students.
Entrance Scholarships:
The Asper School of Business offers a series of Entrance Scholarships to its top-ranked entering students. The student admitted with the highest admission GPA will be awarded a $2000 scholarship; the second highest will be awarded $1500; and the third highest will be awarded $1000. Additional Entrance Scholarships of $500 may be awarded each year.
Entrance scholarships for Direct Entry High School students are awarded through the Financial Aid and Awards Office.
Asper School Scholarships, Prizes and Awards:
The Asper School of Business offers Entrance Scholarships, Asper School Scholarships and Prizes, and Bursaries to Asper School students demonstrating exceptional academic performance.
The majority of Asper School Scholarships and Prizes require no application. If no application is required, all Asper School students are automatically eligible for consideration. All Scholarships, Prizes, and Bursaries requiring application are posted on the following web site:

Bursaries:
In addition to the specific bursary applications on this web site, students must also complete the on-line 2013-2014 University of Manitoba General Bursary Application by October 1, 2013. For information about completing the on-line application, please see the Bursaries page of the Financial Aid and Awards web site. Bursaries are awarded to students on the basis of academic merit and financial need.
