EXHIBITOR SETUP INFORMATIONUpon arrival to the Asper School of Business, there will be signage and volunteers to direct you to your booth location. Volunteers will be available to assist you with booth set-up and take down. If you require assistance in unloading large materials, please advise the Career Development Centre in advance of the event by phone at 204-474-6596.
Please note that registration includes breakfast and lunch for two representatives. Additional meals are available upon prior request at an additional fee. To reduce the environmental impact of the career fair, please bring a reusable coffee thermos and water bottle.

Please clearly label your delivery with “AIESEC Careers Day”. Items must be picked up by noon, Thursday, September 28th. Exhibitors are responsible for the completion of any or all waybills/forms and for calling their couriers as required.
PARKINGOne parking pass will be provided per registration/organization. Detailed information on where to park will be provided the week prior to the event. Additional parking is available at your own expense at any pay and park area.
