Aijing Ran is an MSc student in Organizational Behavior. Aijing’s research interests are in the area of cultural diversity and team diversity in organizations. She is now working on the effects of cultural diversity on group performance and group conflict. Aijing received her B. Mgmt. in Management Information System, and her M. Mgmt in Technology Management from Dalian University of Technology, China.
