Nicole Barnabé is a Dean’s Honour List graduate of the Asper MBA program with a concentration in human resources and organizational behaviour. She recently left a career in management to pursue a PhD in organizational behaviour and strategy. She has represented Asper at the John Molson International Case Competition in Montreal and recently presented a paper at the Australia New Zealand Academy of Management in Melbourne, Australia. Nicole is currently researching the international impact of high performance work practices on measurable outcomes in organizations for a meta-analysis to be presented in 2010. Prior to beginning her PhD, she gained broad experience in business and government: Nicole has managed hundreds of customer service representatives in a publicly owned corporation, owned a small business in clothing sales, managed an office in the federal government, and been an officer in the armed forces.
