Hamed joined the Asper School of Business in September 2009, working under the supervision of Dr. Kelley Main. Hamed’s research interests are in the field of consumer behaviour, particularly in the area of social exclusion, consumer perceived trust, and research on detecting deception.

Before coming to Asper, during his MSc program, Hamed worked for a public organization in Iran, participated in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) research projects and assisted in several research studies. He also worked as a senior R&D expert in a leading financial institution in Iran.
