Jennifer Bozeman is a third year PhD student in Organizational Behaviour, working with Dr. Sandy Hershcovis. Jennifer's research interests are in the area of workplace aggression, and in particular how individual moral agency predicts aggressive incidents.
Before joining the PhD program, Jennifer held a variety of positions including business development manager, marketing consultant and director of sales, working in industries ranging from packaged goods to water purification. Jennifer also holds an MBA from Drexel's LeBow College of Business and a B.A. from the University of Winnipeg.
