MSc Specialization in Marketing

Requirements

1. Six credit hours from the following:

  • MKT 7100 Selected Topics in Marketing (3 credit hours)
  • MKT 7110 Doctoral Seminar in Marketing (3 credit hours)
  • MKT 7120 Doctoral Seminar in Buyer Behaviour (3 credit hours)
  • MKT 7080 Research Design and Methods (3 credit hours)

2. Six credit hours of research methods coursework (quantitative or qualitative):

Graduate level coursework is available at Asper, and in Psychology, Anthropology, and Sociology. See Graduate Program Office for a listing of these courses. One of these courses should provide a breadth of methods and techniques and the other should involve statistical analyses.

3. An additional six credit hours of courses

Courses are subject to approval and must be of direct relevance to chosen area of specialization, from within or outside of the Faculty. See Graduate Program Office for a listing of these courses.
