Kelly works with the Career Development Centre team to provide career development skills and job search strategies to BComm (Hons) and MBA students and alumni of the Asper School of Business. She brings over 15 years’ leadership experience in human resources and operations management in the telecommunications, retail and publishing sectors.  In her previous role as a consultant with an HR consulting firm, Kelly worked with many of Manitoba’s leading private and public organizations in career management and recruitment. Kelly is committed to assisting students and alumni to explore career opportunities and harness their potential to reach their individual career goals. Kelly is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba, the Young Associates and serves on the Board of Directors for the Certified Management Accountants of Manitoba.
