Kathy has over 10 years experience providing guidance to employers and career advice to undergraduate students.  Kathy assists employers with on-campus recruitment strategies as well as organizing special events to promote our students and raise awareness of career opportunities.  Having completed her Certificate in Human Resource Management, Kathy has a thorough knowledge of recruitment and assists students with editing resumes and cover letters, developing interview confidence and accessing employment in the hidden job market.  Kathy’s previous experience includes an accounting position with a successful entrepreneurial business.  Community involvement is important to Kathy: she has held active roles as Treasurer for Stride Ahead Tough Track, Team Manager for South End United Soccer and Co-chair for Parent Advisory Councils.
