Junyon Im is an assistant professor at the Asper School of Business. He received his PhD in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. His research focuses on the relationships between institutions and social ventures, particularly microfinance institutions (MFIs). He is also interested in the role of an entrepreneur’s cognition and human capital. His research has been published in Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Small Business Management, and Asia Pacific Journal of Management.
