This one-day workshop will help leaders discover coaching as a leadership technique and bring back the skills and tools to apply the coach-approach immediately. This development program focuses on enhancing our curious inquiry, active listening, feedback, and call to action. Enhance your leadership skills and communicate more effectively everyday with staff, colleagues, clients, and any personal communication.

  • Ryan Quesnel, CEC, ACC, Founder of Brilliance Coaching

    Ryan is a certified executive coach with a masters-level Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University, holds ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and certified to facilitate Everything DiSC® suite of products and MHS EQ-i2.0 and EQ360. He currently volunteers his time as the Incoming President with the ICF Prairie Chapter. He is passionate about mindfulness and the psychology of coaching to help serve organizations and develop more resilient and confident leaders who can navigate leadership and workplace challenges more effectively.

    Prior to launching his leadership coaching and consulting boutique he enjoyed an extensive career working with diverse cultures and teams in the government, not-for-profit and private sectors, focused on career transition and leadership development. He believes leadership is a journey, a daily practice and the only difference between all leaders is the stage of the journey they are at.
