Advanced Certificate in Organizational Change Leadership
The most competitive organizations are those that are strategic about innovation and driving change. Their leaders understand the importance of creating a dynamic strategy that is agile and constantly evolving. Through this program, you will explore best practices and techniques for leading, and even encouraging change to increase performance, agility and resilience throughout your organization.

Why this Program?

In this interactive program, you are given the information, new skills, and tools to create an organization that embraces change. Which means instead of fighting to overcome resistance to change, you will have employees that are willing to move toward change sooner and with less disruption. In addition, you get leaders and managers who understand the dos and don’ts when managing change. But we don’t stop there. This course recognizes that becoming a skilled change leader takes time.  That’s why we have created this unique learning experience. The program begins with 3 days of face-to-face training followed by mentoring sessions spanning 3 months to provide you with ongoing support to further develop your change leadership skills.

Over the course of the program you will gain techniques, strategies and new tools to increase your organizational change skills. By the end of the program you will be able to:

  • Lead and manage in both dimensions of change to move beyond buy-in and enable commitment
