Client Testimonials

Here is what some of our clients had to say about their personal training experiences:

"I started training with Adam because I was preparing myself for surgery on my left knee, and wanted to get as strong as possible before visiting my surgeon. After a couple of months of working with Adam, my goals changed to strengthening and avoiding another operation.  I worked with Adam for about four months and my knees have never felt better."

- Jasmine Brewster

"Every session with Meaghan left me physically and mentally challenged, and I can honestly say that I started to see results during and after my training sessions with her.  She worked out with me as opposed to telling me what to do, which I found motivating. At the end of our training sessions, she provided me with detailed training plans based on what we had done together.  I still use these to date."

- Maria Ongare

"Eric has been instrumental in helping me achieve the confidence and balance I was always striving for.  Each session continues to feel like an accomplishment, whether it is completing one more rep than before, lifting additional weight or even overcoming a previous mental block.  Eric's ability to articulate his knowledge, expertise and philosophy is second-to-none and has been influential in providing direction and a blueprint to accomplish my goals."

- Bhanu Pilli

"after a sudden injury last summer that required surgery, I knew I needed professional help to get back into shape.  Andrea has helped me recover my stamina and strength and has pusehd me to achieve new levels of fitness I didn't know I could achieve..."

- Teresa Cooper

"Adam adds vital education and motivation through each session with me. He is patient with me, genuinely cares a lot about my wellness and improvement, and ensures that I have good exercise habits. Each session I inch closer towards not only meeting my goals, but expanding them to new areas that I never before thought possible. Throughout this process not only have I added a knowledgeable personal trainer, but I have also gained a new friend."

- Robert Mizzi

"After I had recovered from two cancer operations and six months of chemotherapy, my doctor – knowing how physically active I once had been – recommended that I should engage the services of a personal trainer in helping me to retain at least a little of what I had lost in the previous three years. Being a member of the UM, I naturally thought of your Faculty first; and in 2010 was put in contact with Miss Jennifer Bryant (as she then was) and began a series of monthly training sessions with her in your building on campus. "I started my position at the Bannatyne Campus just over 5 years ago. I was excited to start my new job and one of the perks was the fact that the gym was, literally, right down the hall from my office. I experience chronic pain in my back/hip and every medical professional that I went to see recommended regular exercise as a way to manage the pain. I had also been diagnosed with high cholesterol a few years before and, again, exercise is a very important way of managing cholesterol levels. I signed up for my membership and got into a habit of getting out of bed early and spending an hour in the gym. Read Glenda Parson's full testimonial
