  • Nutrition Consultations
    Available through Recreation Services in winter 2019! Did you know Registered Dietitian services are covered under staff and student benefits with a doctor's referral? The basic plan will cover $30 per session up to $200 in an academic year while the enhanced plan covers $50 per session up to $300 in an academic year. Check your plan for details!
  • Sobeys' Healthy Lifestyle Program
    This 5 week series will provide simple meal solutions for better blood sugar control, discuss meal balance and timing, increasingfibre and understanding of the glycemic index. You will also leave with a better understanding of how physical activity and exercise can help you to better manage your blood sugar and learn practical examples and exercises to include more activity into your life.
