Personal Training Week gives us the chance to tell you more about personal training and how it can take you to the next level! We will be offering complimentary informational sessions on training and nutrition, daily video uploads of our favorite exercises, discounts on the purchase of all personal training and assessment services, as well a chance to you to win free personal training sessions with one of our certified trainers! Personal Training Week is happening at both our Fort Garry and Bannatyne campus locations.

Eating on the Go - Oct 5 from 12:05-12:5pm | Applied Research Centre Boardroom, Active Living Centre | FREE Session
This 45 minute session will provide practical examples and hands-on demonstrations for simple, nutritious, easy meal and snack solutions for those always on the go! This session is FREE however registration is still required. Register here >
