Personal Training Week gives us the chance to tell you more about personal training and how it can take you to the next level! We will be offering complimentary informational sessions on training and nutrition, daily video uploads of our favorite exercises, discounts on the purchase of all personal training and assessment services, as well a chance to you to win free personal training sessions with one of our certified trainers! Personal Training Week is happening at both our Fort Garry and Bannatyne campus locations.

Eating Healthy in the Workplace - February 5 from 12:05-12:50pm | Applied Research Centre Boardroom, Active Living Centre | FREE session
This 45 minute session will provide practical examples and hands-on demonstrations for simple, nutritious, easy meal and snack solutions for those always on the go! This session is FREE however registration is still required. Register here >>

Not sure how a trainer can help or what kind of services would match your goals? Stop by the Fitness Attendant desk on the third floor of the Active Living Centre and speak with a trainer to have your questions answered.

Andrea will be available to offer quick fitness assessment demos between the hours of 11am and 1pm for those interested. Lead by Andrea Dietrich, CSEP-Certifed Personal Trainer.

Intro to the Weight Room - February 7 | 11am-12pm | Joe Doupe Centre weight room | Free session
Take a tour of the Joe Doupe Centre weight room and learn more about the equipment and how to use it safely and effectively. Lead by Andrea Dietrich, CSEP-Certifed Personal Trainer.

Guest Speaker - February 8 | 12-1pm | Joe Doupe Centre studio | Free session
Mark Pinder, MSC candidate in Human Nutritional Sciences at the University of Manitoba, will speak on nutrition during this information session.
