This package will take you through the entire paramedic physical fitness assessment. You will have a chance to attempt the full test, as well be informed of the standards and cutoffs for your age and gender for all tests. This is the single best way to gain exposure to the assessments. You will leave with an idea of how your current fitness levels stack up to the standards, and will be throughly informed of what you can do to train your areas that may need improvements. Certificates will not be issued for this practice test.
This package will allow you to practice all six tests that compose the general fitness portion of the paramedic physicall assessment. Tests administered will be aerobic fitness, grip strength, push-ups, partial curl-ups, sit-and-reach flexiblity test and back extensions. You will be informed on all standards for these tests, which are based on age and gender, and you will be coached on proper technique and provided training information should you need to improve any areas.
This package gives you exposure to the job related tasks associated with the paramedic physical assessment. You will have a chance to practice the equipment carry, CPR compressions, simulated stretcher carry and weight transfer. You will be coached on proper lifting techniques and given tips on traning methods should you need to improve any aspects.
This option is ideal for those that may be familiar with the paramedic physical fitness assessment yet are unsure if their fitness levels in certain areas are adequate to succeed. You will be run through up to three of the six tests of your own choice from the general fitness portion of the paramedic physical fitness assessment and informed of the necessary standard and given tips regarding what you can do to improve those aspects.
