FREE Summer Active Fitness Classes
June 20th-24th 2011

Step 1- Locate Joe Doupe, 030 Brodie 727 McDermote Ave

Step 2- Register on the day at the Joe Doupe Customer Service Desk, “you are here to try a summer active fitness class”. (Try and come 5 minutes ahead of time)

Step 3- Change Rooms & showers located within Joe Doupe for your use. Also come prepared with a lock for Day Use lockers if you like.

Step 4- Get Active in Joe Doupe’s Gymnasium Summer Active Fitness Class & HAVE FUN!  

Bootcamp Monday June 20th  12:05- 1:00
Combine Hi-Lo floor moves, muscle work using weights, stability balls and/or dynabands, and a low bench for speed and agility in an intense workout. This one is guaranteed to bring a sweat to your brow!

Super Stretch Monday June 20th 1:05- 2:00
Stretching seems to be the forgotten fitness component. There are areas of our body that are naturally tight because of the way that we move through life. Come to this class and treat yourself to 40 minutes of stretching those troubled spots. You will leave feeling more flexible and relaxed.

Cardio Fusion Tuesday June 21st 12:05- 1:00
Blend world beat dance warm-up, using BIG flowing movements with the ‘Sun Salutation’, followed by Pilates-styled core work and end with extended relaxation and meditation for a very special workout.

Body Blitz Wednesday June 22nd 12:05- 1:00
Ten minute intervals of Cardio Fusion, Hi Lo, Kickboxing, Resistance Training & Yoga. 

Body Conditioning Thursday June 23rd 12:05- 1:00
Combine alternating segments of upper and lower body strength exercises for an energizing, NON-cardio type of workout, using step, weights, bands and mats.

Step & Skip Friday June 24th 12:05- 1:00
A challenging and fun combination. Excellent cardio workout!
