Judo

In the sport of Judo you will acquire basic and advanced techniques (throws and mat work). The program is geared for both competitors and recreational participants and designed to ensure everyone receives both physical conditioning and skill development. Kata training is also available. This program is instructed by Moe Oye, who is the only active Eighth Degree Judo Black Belt in Western Canada.

If you are interested in registering for Judo please come to the Frank Kennedy Centre Customer Service Desk during a scheduled Judo class on Monday at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. or Saturday at 12:30 p.m. This will give you the opportunity to speak with the Judo Instructor Moe Oye and discuss with him your skill level.
