Changes have been made to the registration process, please read the information below carefully.
Intramural registration is a 2 phase process. Phase 1 is Team Registration and Phase 2 is Player/Free Agent Registration.
IMPORTANT: All Intramural participants will be required to create an account on IMLeagues.com, our new league maintenance website. In order to do so participants will be required to use their University of Manitoba email address to create an account in IMLeagues. Team Registration Dates:
New – On-line Team Registration: For the 2011/2012 Intramural season, Team Registrations will only be accepted on-line. Please carefully read the information below.
Team Captains must create an account in IMLeagues before registering their team. Creation of your account in IMLeagues can be done at any time. It is advisable that you create your account prior to the Team Registration period as this will save you time when you attempt to create your team during the Team Registration.
Step one:
Prior to the Team Registration period, create an account at IMLeagues.com (Note: you must use your University of Manitoba email address to create an account. If you have not claimed your UofM email account please visit http://umanitoba.ca/computing/ist/accounts/claimid.html to do so before creating your account in IMLeagues)
**Note** IMLeagues offers a live support button in the top right corner of all pages, please use this button if you encounter any difficulties.
Step two: During the Team Registration Period (dates listed above):
All Team Captains will be advised following the Team Registration period if their team has received a spot in the league or placed on the waitlist. If your team has received a spot please proceed with Phase 2 – Player Registration.
Player Registration Dates:
Step one:
Once teams have received confirmation that they have received a spot in the league, team members must then register with their team during the Player Registration period by visiting the Customer Service Desk in the Frank Kennedy Centre, Max Bell Centre or Joe Doupe Centre (Bannatyne Campus).
Note: All players will be required to provide their UofM email address at the time of registration. Team rosters will be uploaded into the Intramural league maintenance website and the UofM email address will be your player ID.
All intramural participants will be required to pay a $12 intramural fee ($20 for Ice Hockey) and will have to purchase a minimum 4 month Bison Recreation Services membership, if they do not already have one.
Step two:
Once players have successfully registered by visiting one of the Customer Service Desks listed above, they then must create an account on IMLeagues.com our new league maintenance website. Instructions to do so are as follows:
Free agents register during the Player Registration period:
Please follow all of the above the steps in Phase 2 - Player Registration but register with a free agent team in your desired sport.
NOTE: All Free Agents are required to attend the Team Captain/Free Agent meeting.

NOTE 1: Teams that do not meet the minimum player requirement for their sport by the end of player registration period will be removed from Intramural competition. The Intramural fee and membership fees are non-refundable.
NOTE 2: All team captains must attend the Team Captain meeting for their sport(s).
NOTE 3: All team captains must register as a player during the Player Registration period.
Attendance is mandatory by all Team Captain’s (or a team representative) and all Free Agents.
