FREE Classes!

One of the more popular features of membership is our complimentary group fitness classes. Classes vary in both activity and intensity providing our members with a number of different challenges to choose from. From Shallow Water Aquafit, Kick Aerobics or Hard Core Stretch, you’ll be sure to leave with a boost of energy! And to make sure you’re getting a quality workout, all instructors are certified through the Manitoba Fitness Council (MFC). Classes are drop-in only so registration is not required. All skill levels are welcome!
