Bronze Cross

Class Description:  Ages: n/a
After successfully completing Bronze Medallion, the next step is Bronze Cross. Designed for lifesavers who want the challenge of more advanced training, this program includes an introduction to safety supervision in aquatic facilities. Bronze Cross teaches the difference between lifesaving and lifeguarding, the principles of emergency procedures and teamwork.  All students must be available for the exam (last day of the course).

Prerequisites: Bronze Medallion

Candidates should also bring a CPR barrier device, gloves and a whistle (available at the ALC front desk for $9)
