Viral diseases and public health. Diagnosis and epidemiology of virus infections. Virus structure, evolution, morphogenesis and pathogenesis. Diagnostic imaging of infectious diseases. Modes of transmission of viral infections, aerobiology of virus transmission, intervention strategies including anti-virals and vaccines.
