Tissues will be collected from the mouse immediately after inducing isoflurane anesthesia; this is a terminal procedure. Tissues will be placed in fixative or frozen based as required by the investigator. Standard tissues collected include Brain, Heart, Liver, Kidney, Lungs, Spleen, Testes (or Ovary/Uterus), skeletal muscle, but other tissues may be requested by the investigator.
• To collect tissues for experimental use or histological studies
We will perform the necropsy, preserve the tissues, and provide the tissues to the investigator (or directly to a tissue processing facility).
The Investigator Must Supply:
• The mouse for necropsy.
