Admissions Information
Before you consider applying for admission, please ensure that you meet the admissions criteria for the graduate program you are interested in and that you are familiar with the requirements of the program. Admissions criteria and program requirements are described in detail in the Student Handbook. Admission criteria differ for each of the four graduate programs in Community Health Sciences. Students whose admission GPA is below 3.0 will not be considered. Applicants who need help calculating their admission GPA should refer to this website:

• Master of Science (M.Sc.)
• Master of Public Health (M.P.H.)
• Diploma in Population Health (Dip.PH)
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Admission Deadline

The deadline for applying to one of our four graduate programs is January 10, 2019Late applications will not be reviewed.

What information will I need to submit?

Students seeking Occasional Student status must apply by:
June 15, 2018 for consideration for September 2018 admission.
October 15, 2018 for consideration for January 2019 admission.
February 15, 2019 for consideration for May 2019 admission.

You must include instructor permission for courses you wish to take.

Priority is given to CHS/Other Program Students.  OS students will be contacted by the instructor and given permission to register if space is available.
