Free confidential consultation and treatment for students experiencing emotional stress by Dr. Prober or Dr. Perlov, from the Department of Psychiatry. Service is available to students of the Faculty of Medicine, their spouses and immediate family.

Student Accessibility Services

Support and advocacy for students with disabilities of all kinds. Student Accessibility Services acts as a liason between students and faculty staff of the University of Manitoba and support agencies within the province of Manitoba.

A Student Accessibility Services representative is on Bannatyne campus every Friday from 8:30 AM 4:30 PM in S11 Medical Services Building.

Health & Wellness Educator

Assistance for students in adapting healthy lifestyle habits and coping skills to thrive both in the University setting and life in general.  The primary areas of student health and wellness include mental health, alcohol and drug use, relationship issues, physical activity and nutrition.

The Health & Wellness Educator is on Bannatyne campus every Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
