This online module was developed for residents in the northern, remote family medicine residency program and is administered through UMLearn. However, the content is helpful for physicians in a variety of specialities, who are interested in engaging in Indigenous health research and do not have any prior experience. This online module will provide a brief, foundational introduction to important concepts in Indigenous health research. Researchers without a clinical background may also find the online module helpful, particularly Units 1 and 2. Course access is free of charge for individuals with an affiliation to the University of Manitoba (student or employee).
If you are interested in accessing this online module, please email Dr. Natalie Riediger to gain access, Natalie.firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use, “Online module enrollment” in the subject line.
