Accreditation
The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Medicine Program of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba, achieved full accreditation status for an 8-year term from the Committee on Accreditation of Continuing Medical Education (CACME) on November 16, 2016 after a full on-site visit held in May 2016.

The program will be submitting status reports for follow-up on one element relating to research and scholarship that was deemed to represent “partial compliance”.

Exemplary compliance was noted with reference to the program’s strategic plan.


The CPD Dentistry / Dental Hygiene Program's learning activities are planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) through the joint program provider approval of Casey Hein & Associates and the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry, University of Manitoba.

Casey Hein & Associates is designated as an approved PACE program provider by the AGD.

The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for fellowship, mastership and membership maintenance credit.

Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement.

The current term of approval extends from December 1, 2015 to November 30, 2019. Provider #337890.
