Compiling your Application Package

Each application must be accompanied by the required supporting documentation.  Official transcripts and reference letters in support of an application must be submitted along with your application.  Please ensure that you have submitted official transcripts from every post-secondary institution you have attended, even if you were only there for one class or as a visiting student.

Other supporting documents (not including transcripts or reference letters) may be emailed to our Admissions Office.  This includes CVs, resumes, statements of intent, samples of writing, etc.  If possible, please forward these documents as PDF files.  Your email must include your complete name, birth date and, if applicable, U of M reference number so that it can be matched to your file as quickly as possible.  Alternatively, these documents can accompany the remainder of your hard copy documents.  Please note, if you choose to submit these documents in hard copy, please do not also submit scanned copies by email.

For our mailing/courier address, please refer to the footer of this web page, or the application form.  To download the application form and begin your application, please click "Download" below.

Quick Tip

If the department does not require a CV/statement of intent, you do not need to submit one.
