University of Manitoba - Graduate Studies - Graduate Application

Graduate Application
Documents and Fees

Each application must be accompanied by the required supporting documentation.  Official transcripts and reference letters in support of an application must be submitted by hard copy.  Please ensure that your complete name and, if possible, birth date are noted on the documents so that they can be matched to your file as quickly as possible.

Other supporting documents (not including transcripts or reference letters) may be emailed to our Admissions Office.  This includes CVs, resumes, statements of intent, samples of writing, etc.  If possible, please forward these documents as PDF files.  Your email must include your complete name, birth date and, if applicable, U of M reference number so that it can be matched to your file as quickly as possible.  Alternatively, these documents can accompany the remainder of your hard copy documents.

For our mailing/courier address, please refer to the footer of this web page.

Once you click that your application is complete, the application is sent to our Admissions Office for processing.  It will not let you back in to make any changes or to pay your fee.  If you are unable to complete your payment in your initial session, do not click that your application is complete.
