The principal research field of Dr. Jens Ehn is sea-ice geophysics. In particular, he is interested in processes and feedbacks that control solar radiation interactions in the Arctic marine and sea-ice environment in order to improve our ability to predict the impacts caused by a changing Arctic climate. His current research utilizes both field observations and modeling to understand:
