Research Interests

Carbon cycle and microbiology associated with the Arctic Ocean. The goals of my current project are the following: improve our understanding of the organic (and inorganic) carbon chemistry in the Arctic coastal waters, and investigate the extent to which terrestrial organic carbon contributes to the carbon dynamics.
