Homecoming 2017 in the Riddell Faculty will be celebrated with a panel presentation and reception showcasing the work of our researchers in northern Canada. The three panelists will give talks on their current research focused around the theme of ‘Reconciling Resource Use: Three Perspectives on Human Use of Natural Resources’. The presenters are:

  • Dr. Alfredo Camacho – The Nunavut Carving Stone Deposit Evaluation Project
  • Dr. Jonathon Peyton – Unbuilt Environments: Legacies of Northern Resource Development
  • Drs. Zou Zou Kuzyk and Jens Ehn – Community-based research in the Canadian Arctic: Perspective from work in SE Hudson Bay and James Bay
