Admissions Statistics

All of the Engineering programs have enrolment quotas and, therefore, admission is competitive and not guaranteed. Ranking in the program competitions is based on a candidate’s average over the best eight final grades that have been achieved from within the list of twelve courses in the preliminary year in Engineering. Preference within each program will be given to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents. However, all programs will aim to admit a minimum of 10% international students.

The following tables contain information about current and past adjusted GPA (AGPA*) cut-off admission values for reference.

* AGPA is calculated by using the grades of the best 8 of your 12 first-year Engineering courses required for the Preliminary Engineering Program.

2017-2018
