  HOW MUCH DO I OWE

  • AFTER you have registered for GRAD 7020 (Master) or GRAD 8020 (Ph.D.), Aurora will show you your fees (what you owe) in "Student Fee Account"
  • If you have exited Aurora please log back in to AURORA STUDENT
  • Scroll down the list of items until you see "STUDENT FEE ACCOUNT" -- click this
  • On the STUDENT FEE ACCOUNT page you can see how much you owe for each semester
    • click on a semester to see fees for that semester
  • If everything looks OK -- Click on FEE PAYMENT INFORMATION -- to see payment options

ARRIVING AFTER the FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE DATE

  • If you registered online and do not pay by the Fee Deadline Date you will be charged a late registration fee plus any other applicable fees.
  • If you know you arriving AFTER the Payment Deadline Date
  • If you arrive after the REGISTRATION REVISION PERIOD 
    • You MUST obtain permission from your Academic Advisor and the Faculty of Graduate Studies to Register 
  • If you have registered for courses, but will not arrive until after the tuition/fee deadline

 

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP:   IF YOU ARE RECEIVING THE IGSES AWARD (International Graduate Student Entrance Scholarship) 

  • GO TO https://universityofmanitoba.formstack.com/forms/igses_activation  
  • Register in your Aurora account as either Grad 7020 or Grad 8020 for the entire Academic Year (Fall & Winter)
  • Pay your Tuition & Fees at the Cashier's Office.  Bring your FGS award letter with you (IGSES Award)
    • Half of your IGSES AWARD will be paid towards your first semester at the University
    • The other half of your IGSES AWARD will be paid towards your tuition in your second semester at the University
    • Award payments may not show up in Aurora Accounts for several weeks
    • Cashier's Office
      138 University Centre
      Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

      During busy times of the year the Payment Office may be relocated, please watch for signs.
