Students from the various groups will be giving brief presentations.

Course number changes effective September 2017:
Engineering Economics - CIVL 4050 changed to ENG 3000; either course is accepted in the civil program.
GEOL 2250 is no longer offered and has been replaced with GEOL 1340 - The Dynamic Earth; either course is accepted in the civil program.
UM ACHIEVE - new on-line degree audit tool
UM Achieve is a new online tool that will match your completed and current courses against the degree requirements. It shows the courses you have completed so far and what courses you still need to finish your program.UM Achieve is linked to Aurora so when you add/drop a course in Aurora, you can request a new audit and your recent course changes will be reflected on the new report. Request an audit through JUMP. Please contact your academic advisor with any questions about your program.
Office 365 FREE for UofM students
This plan allows students to install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher and Access on up to 5 PCs or Macs and Office aps on other mobile devices including Android, iPad®, and Windows tablets. The plan also includes 1TB of OneDrive storage. Click here for link.
Changes to Written English Requirement (previously ENGL 1400 or ENGL 1310)
Effective September 2016, students may take courses to satisfy their written english (W) requirement from the approved list. ENGL 1400 and ENGL 1310 are still acceptable, however if you would like more choice please refer to the list of approved courses.
