The Biosystems student group is an excellent opportunity for students to meet and interact with their peers in a casual setting. Members are granted full access to the fifth floor lounge where there are computers, couches and workspace available. There are members from all years of the program who are always more than happy to help out with class or department questions. This group is an important part of the community and student life in the Biosystems program and is an enriching experience for students. In previous years, the student group has been involved with many university activities including Intramurals, EngO, Spongee, and Eng Week. There is also an annual BBQ that is held at the end of September. It is open to all Biosystems students who wish to meet other students and faculty staff.
