I haven't received my course materials, what should I do?

If your courses have started and you still have not received your course materials, they may have been sent to the wrong address or were not available when your registration was processed. Copies of your course manuals are always available to you within your course website on ANGEL. To obtain your course materials as soon as possible, follow the steps below:

1. Log into Aurora Student.
2. Select "Personal Information" from the Main Menu.
3. Select "View/update Addresses and Phones".
4. Verify that the address displayed is your current mailing addresss. If this information is correct, please contact Distance and Online Education to request that your course materials be sent again.
5. If your address is incorrect, select "Update Addresses and Phones", which can be found at the bottom of the page.
6. Click on "Current" beside your address.
7. Make necessary changes and select submit.
8. After you have updated your address information, please contact Distance and Online Education to arrange for a copy of your materials to be sent.
